Step # 2 Upload Documentation & Certification

(Drivers License, State I.D or Passport) (Birth Certificate or Social Security Card)(High School or GED Completion) (Medication Certification)(CPR/First Aid, 8 Hour DODD Training)

Step # 3 Training

All new hires must complete the following tests and pass with an 80%.

TUBERCULOSIS BLOODBORNE PATHO AND STD PRE HHA Post HHA Initial HIPAA Training Infection Control Competency

Step # 4 Background Check

This is the very last step to complete your onboarding process. You must complete all other steps before scheduling for your background check. Before you schedule your background check please call to confirm at .
